These terms and conditions apply to all online card transactions made on this website (“site”) for payment of money owed for goods or services to this business (“Merchant”). Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facilities. These terms may change from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent transactions.

On-Line Payments

Using the online payment feature on site indicates that you accept all terms contained herein. If you do not accept these terms do not use our online payment feature. All online payments are subject to these conditions.

All payments are typically received within two business days, but Merchant cannot accept any liability for delayed payments.

If inaccurate information is supplied on site, Merchant cannot accept liability for payments being recorded in the wrong amount or to the wrong account.  Merchant will make every effort to correct and reallocate any such payments if this should arise.

Merchant cannot accept liability for any payments not accepted or declined for any reason by the card issuer or supplier.

If your payment is declined for any reason, Merchant is under no obligation to relay this to you.  It is your responsibility to check with your bank or card issuer to ensure that the payment has been deducted from your account.

Payments are processed through a third party and no card data is stored in its entirety.

In no event will the Merchant be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

Refunds, if applicable, will be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. Any refunds will be subject to Merchant’s standard refund policies.
